Elena has worked as an executive assistant in multiple capacities and across multiple fields, while always continuing to learn new skills to add to her wheelhouse of talents. Ranging from office manager, to personal assistant, to contract administrator, her strong attention to detail and adaptability to learn new technologies and software has allowed her to help the executives she has served to thrive in their fields.

Elena joined UDP as executive assistant in 2019, and has since taken on the company’s social media and website management as well. She enjoys working for a female-owned business and supporting the meaningful work that Alicia and her team do in the community.

Elena grew up in Minneapolis, MN and has lived in California and London (UK). She has also worked in theater as a director, actor and artistic director, telling stories that foster compassion and empathy with audiences. Her favorite hobbies include traveling, baking and learning to play the cello.
